It was easy to assemble. Didn't even bother with the instructions (which are there if you need them, I guess). Attach the arms to the back before the seat (the instructions may say that, I don't know).The massage motor works well for a USB powered motor.However, this is NOT an adult (male) size gaming chair. The massage motor is at the base of the back, not where a lumbar support/massage should be located, and the top of the seat back comes to the middle of my neck. Never mind the neck pillow, there's not enough chair left to attach it to.The rocking function and tension adjust nicely, the base seems solid and the casters are working well.The seat of the chair is nice and wide, combined with the armrests that lift, I'm able to sit cross-legged if I would like.My only real problem is the height of the back and the location of the lumbar massage. Too low on both counts. I'm 6 foot, 180 lbs, not big on either counts, but this is not enough chair for me. I think everything else is as advertised.Very comfortable chair however the massage portion is essentially pointless because it lives at the very very bottom of the back of the chair. So if you’re looking for a low back massage forget about it.This chair was worth the money, easily assemble! Took me 20min. to put it together one tool. Compare to the office chair I had before. I love it! they said it takes 10 days to ship but I got it 5 days! You want be disappointed.The chair is sturdy and easy to assemble.I became a WAH employee and thought maybe this chair would be nice for sitting at a desk all day. However the massager isn't quite what I wanted I vibrates against my hips more than my back. I use the pillow more for my lumbar support more than my head. My left arm rest has a few staples or something of the sort poking through so I contacted seller, they are suppose to be sending me a new arm rest so we shall see.If you like to sit Indian style this is the perfect chair. The liftable arms help my long legs sit comfortably.A very good chair kind of makes creaking noise but that’s likely on my end during assembly.
