This was the second sampler that RAS Records issued and it is almost as good as its predecessor. With the exceptions of the tracks from Culture, Little Kirk and Sanchez (all of which are truly lackluster and mediocre) this anthology proves why RAS Records was one of the most successful Reggae labels of its time. Better-than-average sound quality and a budget price make this CD worth getting for your Reggae collection despite its not being as strong as its predecessor. Enjoy!
